Jennifer Zbytowski

Chief Administrative Officer

As Chief Administrative Officer, Jennifer Zbytowski serves as a key advisor to leaders across HAP and is responsible for leading strategic transformation initiatives, organizational change management and business development efforts to drive operational excellence and growth within the company. In addition to this, Jennifer leverages new and existing relationships to establish corporate goals and progress HAP business projects, collaborating with Dr. Genord, President & CEO, and other members of the HAP executive leadership team to effectively meet organizational needs. 

Jennifer has been an invaluable part of the HAP team since 1999, serving in various leadership roles, including Associate Vice President of Case Management, Vice President of Utilization and Vice President of Strategic Program Development and Optimization. In her most recent role as Vice President of Administrative & Business Development Support, Jennifer worked closely with HAP executive leadership to successfully oversee and manage vital strategic initiatives and partnerships within the organization. 

She has been married to her husband Bryan for over 20 years and is the proud mom of three children and two dogs. Jennifer is a holiday fanatic and as soon as it turns November, “It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas” is an understatement at her house. She also enjoys attending school activities for her kids, traveling, dancing, spending time with friends and is a volunteer treasurer for the high school athletic boosters.

Jennifer has a Master of Public Administration, Health Management, from New York University and a BA from the College of Arts and Science.
