Over-the-Counter (OTC)

Up to $400 yearly allowance on health and wellness items depending on plan. The allowance is accumulated quarterly and can be rolled over quarterly if not used.

Telehealth

Services using remote access technology such as smartphone, laptop or tablet to connect virtually with a provider instantly. This benefit is supported by HAP's telehealth providers and uses a nationwide network of thousands of doctors to provide care. Ask your primary care physician (PCP) about virtual care today!

Health Alliance Plan (HAP) has HMO, HMO-POS, PPO plans with Medicare contracts. HAP Medicare Complete Duals (HMO D-SNP) is a Medicare health plan with a Medicare contract and a contract with the Michigan Medicaid Program. Enrollment depends on contract renewals.
