Over-the-Counter (OTC)

Yearly allowance on health and wellness items depending on plan. The allowance is accumulated quarterly and can be rolled over quarterly if not used.

Good vision is essential for a fulfilling life. With HAP, you can rest assured knowing your eyesight is well taken care of, helping you see the world clearly.

Telehealth

You are required to enroll directly with Amwell through our website at www.hap.amwell.com, where you will create a profile before connecting with a doctor and/or/therapist.

Health Alliance Plan (HAP) has HMO, HMO-POS, PPO plans with Medicare contracts. HAP Medicare Complete Duals (HMO D-SNP) and HAP Medicare Complete Assist (PPO D-SNP) are Medicare health plans with Medicare contracts and a contract with the Michigan Medicaid Program. Enrollment depends on contract renewals.
