Our HAP Midwest team is dedicated to supporting HAP's Medicaid members. Based in HAP’s Southfield office, HAP Midwest manages health plan benefits for:

  • The Healthy Michigan Plan
  • Children’s Special Health Care Services
  • Individuals eligible for both Medicaid and Medicare (called dual eligibles)
