Healthier Medicare is closer than you think.

Most of our Medicare Advantage plans come with the following supplemental benefits.

Dental

$2,000 max for preventive and comprehensive services combined including 2 oral exams, 2 cleanings, 2 fluoride treatments, 1 brush biopsy and 1 set of bitewing x-rays per year. And 50% to 100% on root canals, fillings, crowns, crown repairs and extractions. Must use Delta Dental PPO network.

Vision

$0 copays on routine exams and $150 allowance ($300 allowance for C-SNP and D-SNP plans) for eyewear or contacts through EyeMed providers.

Hearing

$0 routine hearing exams and hearing aid fittings. Hearing aids are covered with a copay through NationsBenefits. C-SNP and D-SNP plan members get a $1,000 allowance for 2 hearing aids per year.

Flex Card

On select plans, HAP offers a prepaid flex card with up to $153/quarter ($250/quarter for C-SNP and $158/month for D-SNP) in allowances (depending on the plan) to help reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.

Visitor/Traveler Benefit

Travel benefits on select HMO plans extend coverage to Arizona, Florida, Texas and out of the service area in Michigan for up to 12 months. And extends coverage to PPO members when traveling to any of the 49 states outside of Michigan.

Fitness Benefit

With SilverSneakers, you'll be able to access memberships at 15,000+ fitness locations from national gyms to local community centers. Plus, access online classes and workshops led by specially trained instructors.

Emergency Travel Protection

Travel worry-free with global travel emergency services from Assist America. Services include identity theft protection, 24/7 professional fraud support and help with unexpected medical expenses.**

Telehealth

Telehealth services ensure that you can receive medical attention from the comfort of your home or while traveling, making healthcare more accessible and convenient. You must enroll with Amwell before connecting with a doctor or therapist.

Health Alliance Plan (HAP) has HMO, HMO C-SNP, HMO-POS, and PPO plans with Medicare contracts. HAP Medicare Complete Duals (HMO D-SNP), HAP Medicare Complete Assist (PPO D-SNP), and HAP CareSourceTM MI Coordinated Health (HMO D-SNP) are Medicare health plans with a Medicare contract and a contract with the Michigan Medicaid Program that provides benefits of both programs to enrollees. Enrollment depends on contract renewals.
