Chris Moyer

President,
ASR Health Benefits

As president of ASR Health Benefits, Chris Moyer collaborates with HAP Sales and Account Management teams on growth opportunities and creates synergies across the HAP enterprise. He leads an experienced and talented team with a focus on understanding, offering and delivering a wide range of customized benefit solutions for companies across multiple industries. 

Chris comes to HAP with a wealth of experience. Prior to joining ASR Health Benefits, he spent 15 years at Highmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, leading its TPA division, HealthNow Administrative Services (HNAS). He also served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Philadelphia Area Health Underwriters (GPAHU) and has been active with that organization since 2011. He is a member of the Self Insurance Institute of America (SIIA) and Health Care Administrators of America (HCAA).

Chris enjoys spending time with family and is an avid sports fan. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, he is passionate about his Philly sports teams and one of his favorite hobbies is rooting for his teams with his kids.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics with a minor in actuarial science at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
