Jacalyn Goforth

Jacalyn Goforth is a retired partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) private company services assurance practice. As partner at PwC, she served high-growth companies primarily in retail, technology, manufacturing and service industries by structuring accounting systems; obtaining requisite financing to support growth strategies; and assisting clients with reviews of internal control systems.

Goforth spent her entire career at PwC beginning in its Grand Rapids office in 1982 before transferring to Detroit, where she spent the remainder of her career. She was admitted to partnership at PwC in 1994 and served as the market team leader of the Detroit Private Company Services Assurance Group from 1997 to 2014.

Goforth is an experienced board member, currently serving on several executive, audit and finance committees. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central Michigan University in 1982.

Goforth was appointed to the HAP Board in 2018.
