iStrive for Better Health®

We’re always thinking of new ways to keep members healthy, which is why we created iStrive for Better Health. With this digital wellness manager, your employees can earn rewards for engaging in healthy activities and getting health screenings, and they can also set health goals and track progress. iStrive is powered by WebMD® Health Services and is personalized for each member. 

Log in today to:

  • Take a health assessment to get a secure, personalized snapshot of your current health and well-being status.
  • Use our health assistant, which helps members reach goals with fitness, weight management, smoking cessation and more.
  • Learn about health issues and get in-depth assessments about health issues like asthma, depression, diabetes and more.
  • Monitor progress with our health trackers.

Reward Your Health

Reward Your Health is our next generation of employee well-being. This program provides incentives to drive health behavior changes and biometric improvements. YOU can customize the eligibility (employees only or employees and their covered spouses can be eligible to participate), timelines, incentives and requirements. Contact your HAP account executive to learn more.

Quarterly health and wellness challenges 

Challenge your employees to think about lifestyle choices and embrace healthy habits that will last a lifetime. We teach key factors for a healthy lifestyle as they participate in fun and simple health and wellness challenges each quarter. 

Each challenge, HAP will hold a drawing from those that complete the challenge goal. Only eligible HAP members, spouses and domestic partners age 18 or older can earn an entry for the drawing. HAP, Henry Ford Health System and OptimEyes employees and family members aren’t eligible.

Worksite flu shots

Protect employees with an on-site flu shot clinic, or encourage your workforce to get their flu shot from an approved provider. Most HAP members are eligible to receive flu shots at no charge.

Your HAP Well-being and Health Promotion team of provides support to HAP employer groups through planning, implementation and evaluation. Our Well-being and Health Promotion Consultants will bring turn-key as well as innovative programming that will work towards healthier behavior changes that can be easily attained.
