Wellness is an essential tool for attracting and retaining top talent. HAP focuses on the whole person with well-being programs that can positively impact every area of life. Here's a list of the types of programs HAP members can make use of to effect change in multiple areas of their lives.

Through HAP, at no charge*, you'll have a dedicated well-being and health promotion consultant who will provide your employees with a program that focuses on making small behavior changes that will stick. By providing turnkey innovative programming, targeted interventions and the use of the iStrive Digital Health Manager, our team will help make a difference in the health and well-being of your employees.

Reward Your Health

Reward Your Health is our next generation of employee well-being. This program provides incentives to drive health behavior changes and biometric improvements. You can customize the eligibility (employees only or employees and their covered spouses can be eligible to participate), timelines, incentives and requirements. iStrive for Better Health®

This digital wellness manager allows your employees to earn rewards for engaging in healthy activities and getting health screenings. They can also set health goals and track their individual progress. iStrive is powered by WebMD® Health Services and is personalized for each member. 

Log in today to:

  • Take a health assessment to get a current snapshot of your health and well-being status
  • Use the Daily Habits tracking tool, which helps members reach goals with fitness, weight management, smoking cessation and more.
  • Get in-depth assessments about health issues like asthma, depression, diabetes and more.
  • Monitor personalized progress with health trackers.

Quarterly health and wellness challenges 

HAP challenges your employees to make small changes to become healthier by creating quarterly challenges that they can participate in. Each quarter will focus on a new area of their well-being over the course of a year. They can participate in one, two or all 4 quarterly events to meet the challenge! For each challenge, HAP will hold a drawing from those that complete the challenge goal. Only eligible HAP members, spouses and domestic partners age 18 or older can earn an entry for the prize.

Live Webinars and On-Site Programs

Well-being programs are a brilliant way to help your employees engage with information that will help them lead a healthier and happier life.

Our workshops and multi-week program subject matter covers a wide array of topics that will be offered throughout the year. These are delivered as live webinars to support remote learning. Worksite flu shots

Protect employees with an on-site flu shot clinic, or encourage your workforce to get their flu shot from an approved provider. Most HAP members are eligible to receive flu shots at no charge.
