    • Conditions treated: Ideal for non-emergency illnesses such as colds, flu, headaches, sprains, rashes and other minor conditions.
    • How to use: Sign up at haptelehealth.org and connect with a doctor anytime, anywhere.
  • Primary care physician (PCP):

    • Services: For preventive and well-care visits, routine care, vaccines, prenatal care, asthma control and minor injuries and illnesses.
    • How to use: Find a doctor at hap.org and schedule an appointment.
  • Urgent care:

    • Availability: Members do not need to make an appointment needed for urgent care services.
    • Conditions treated: Use urgent care for non-emergency issues such as back or muscle pain, cuts, minor burns, earaches, sore throats, sprains, joint pain, upper respiratory infections, bronchitis, vomiting and diarrhea.
    • How to use: Find a facility at hap.org and visit for immediate care.
  • Emergency room (ER):

    • Availability: Members do not need an appointment for emergency services.
    • Conditions treated: Go to the ER for life-threatening, traumatic, medical and surgical problems such as chest pain or pressure, head injuries, seizures, severe abdominal pain, shortness of breath, pneumonia, sudden or severe headaches, paralysis and weakness.
