Each quarter, you get a stipend to spend on hundreds of products from our product catalog. The stipend amount is based on your plan.
Visit our Important forms and documents section and click “Summary of Benefits” to find the SOB for your plan. Your specific dollar amount can be found under the “Additional Covered Benefits” section of the Summary of Benefits.
Product catalogs are based on your plan type and the quarterly dollar amount assigned to that plan. Find your plan type below to see which items are available for purchase. You can also use our online store by logging into our secure member portal and clicking “Over-the-Counter Benefit Catalog” in the “Quick Links” section.
You’ll need to register to use the store. Have your member ID card handy as you’ll need it during the process.
Ordering is quick, easy and convenient. We offer three ways for our members to order over-the-counter products. No matter which way you order, your items will be shipped directly to your door.
Shop our online product catalog 24/7. Log in to our secure member portal and click “Over-the-Counter Benefit Catalog” in the “Quick Links” section to get started. You’ll need to register and create an account if it’s your first visit to the store.
How long will it take to get my order?
For delivery, please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time your order is placed.
Can I pay for extra items if I use my full dollar amount?
No. Your order total may not exceed your benefit amount. Cash, checks, credit cards or money orders are not accepted.
You must use your full benefit amount in two orders. Unused benefits will not roll over into the next quarter.
Can I purchase items for family members and friends?
No. OTC products are intended for member use only to help with a health or medical need.
Do you accept returns?
No. Due to the personal nature of these products, returns are not accepted.
Call 1-844-427-6821 (TTY: 711) Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. to speak with an OTC advocate. They can answer any questions you might have and even help you place an order by phone.

HAP Senior Plus (HMO)/(HMO-POS)/(PPO) and HAP Primary Choice Medicare (HMO) are health plans with Medicare contracts. HAP Empowered Duals (HMO SNP) is a Medicare health plan with a Medicare contract and a contract with the Michigan Medicaid Program. Enrollment in the plans depends on contract renewals. HAP Senior Plus (PPO) is a product of Alliance Health and Life Insurance company, a wholly owned subsidiary of HAP.
