Telehealth allows eligible members to connect with licensed healthcare providers from their phone, tablet, or computer.
Whether you're at home, traveling, or simply looking for a convenient option, telehealth can help connect you with care for many common, non-emergency health concerns. Telehealth services are included among the benefits available through our plans.
New telehealth vendor for 2027 – Starting January 1
Telehealth services, powered by Teladoc Health®, gives eligible members virtual access to receive medical attention from the comfort of their home or while traveling.
- 24/7 Care for non-emergency care needs
- Mental health for preventing depression and anxiety
- Dermatology care or skin care needs
Beginning January 1, 2027, members will be able to register for telehealth services through Teledoc. More information will be provided about the registration process and how to use the services.
