Henry Ford Health Select (HMO Select)

Henry Ford Health Select is a smaller-network version of the HMO, so it may include fewer providers, use our find a doctor tool to see if your doctor participates in the Henry Ford Health Select network. 

Henry Ford Health Select network provides you with comprehensive, coordinated coverage to deliver better health outcomes. The plan offers access to more than 9,400 physicians, over 550 medical centers and 13 hospitals, including:
