Medicare Advantage members can manage their hearing loss with NationsHearing including administering hearing benefits and hearing aids. You will be guided through the process of getting tested for hearing loss and selecting hearing aids that fit your needs and lifestyle. Digital hearing aids start at $0 each.

Assist America emergency travel assistance

Our partnership with Assist America provides members with additional emergency travel assistance, including services for lost luggage, eyeglasses, travel documents, hospitalization, emergency evacuation and more. The Assist America program is valid whenever you travel 100 miles or more away from home or outside the U.S. for no longer than 90 days in a row.
Assist America’s mobile app offers smartphone users a one-touch link to the operations center.

Log in to your hap.org account and select member perks. Click Assist America to get your exclusive HAP access code.

Your plan also provides identity theft protection, a free service, in partnership with Assist America. Members can securely register up to 10 credit or debit cards for 24/7 surveillance. You'll receive an early warning of potential threats.

Getting healthcare online has never been easier. Our telehealth, powered by Amwell®, provides access to telehealth services. Licensed and board-certified doctors are available 24/7 for live, online visits via mobile phone, tablet or computer to treat non-emergency illnesses, such as colds, flu, headache, rashes, sinus infections and pinkeye.

With our telehealth app, you can talk to licensed, board-certified doctors who are available 24/7 for live, secure online visits wherever you are.

Download the app. Click Sign Up and enter your information. When prompted for a service key, leave it blank.

Our mobile app

Our mobile app allows you to view the ID card of everyone on your plan and share it via email or fax. It can also be used to find a doctor or hospital, view your plan and benefits, as well as view claims.

Our mobile app is available and free and in the Apple and Google Play app stores.

Wellness at Your Side app

The Wellness at Your Side app from WebMD gives you fast, easy way to access your HAP iStrive for Better Health account.

Wellness at Your Side helps you make positive lifestyle changes and form healthier habits – all with the at-your-fingertips convenience of your iPhone or Android device.

Once you download the app, click on Use your Connection Code instead. Enter “istrive.” When asked for a username and password, click on Use your Single Sign-On. When it connects to the hap.org login screen, log in with your username and password. Your hap.org username is generally your member ID number.
