Anywhere, anytime access to hap.org

Everything you need to know is at hap.org. By logging in, you have 24/7 access to free and secure digital service tools such as important plan documents, claim information, iStrive digital wellness manager and more.

Find a doctor

When you’re enrolled in HAP’s plan, you can choose your doctor from thousands of highly qualified primary care physicians (PCPs). Chances are your current doctor is already in our network. Your PCP may recommend specialty services from a certain specialist or facility. You can choose to receive the care you need from any HAP contracted specialist without a referral.

With HAP, you can change your PCP whenever you want to, and everyone on your plan can select the PCP of their choice.

Cost Estimator

One of the bigger questions people ask when they get a treatment or procedure is: “how much will this cost?” To answer that question, we built our Health Care Cost Estimator. It’s a helpful online tool that helps you understand costs before getting care. You can search by treatment type, browse by medical condition and compare costs between providers.

To access the Health Care Cost Estimator, you’ll need to first log in to your HAP account. Then click on the Health Care Cost Estimator icon.

Telehealth services

Getting health care online has never been easier. Licensed and board-certified doctors are available 24/7 for live, online visits via mobile phone, tablet or computer to treat non-emergency illnesses, such as colds, flu, headache, rashes, sinus infections and pinkeye.

Assist America emergency travel assistance

HAP’s partnership with Assist America provides members with additional emergency travel assistance, including services for lost luggage, eyeglasses, travel documents, hospitalization, emergency evacuation and more. Assist America is valid whenever you travel 100 miles or more away from home or outside the U.S. for no longer than 90 days in a row.

Assist America’s mobile app offers smartphone users a one-touch link to the operations center.

Identity theft protection

HAP also provides identity theft protection, a free service, in partnership with Assist America. Members can securely register up to 10 credit or debit cards for 24/7 surveillance. You'll receive an early warning of potential threats.
