Admission & Transfer Management On-Call Schedule

The fastest and most efficient way for obtaining an authorization is through CareAffiliate, our online authorization application. With CareAffiliate, you can submit requests for:

  • Elective, urgent and emergent admissions
  • Observations

CareAffiliate should not be used for:

  • Boarder Babies
  • Denied cases where you need to provide additional clinical information
  • Peer to Peer
  • Level of care transfers (if a member requires a higher level of care at another facility)
