
Dave Quinn Named VP of Growth at Health Alliance Plan
Troy, MI — May 14, 2026— Health Alliance Plan (HAP) today announced that Dave Quinn will join the organization as its new Vice President of Growth, effective Monday, May 18, 2026.
In this newly created role, Quinn will lead the development and execution of HAP’s membership growth strategy and spearhead efforts to strengthen and position HAP’s administrative services only (ASO) business for significant growth. ASO caters to employers who self-fund their benefits.

Quinn brings more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales at Priority Health. Prior to joining Priority Health, Quinn held a range of roles within the general agency sectors and with other carriers including Physicians Health Plan (PHP) and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
