HAP is committed to making your health care experience as convenient and accessible as possible. The HAP Mobile App provides secure, easy access to your health plan information, allowing you to manage your health from the palm of your hand. Here’s how you can make the most of this powerful tool.

Digital ID cards:
- View and share the ID cards of everyone on your plan directly from your smartphone.
- Send ID cards to doctors’ offices, hospitals and pharmacies via email or fax.
Plan and benefit information:
- Access detailed information about your health plan and benefits.
- View you claims and explanation of benefits (EOBs) to stay informed about your health care expenses.
Find a doctor or hospital:
- Use the app to find doctors, specialists or care providers within the HAP network.
- Search for nearby hospitals and urgent care centers for immediate medical needs.
Prescription and pharmacy management:
- Direct access to the Express Scripts app to help manage your prescriptions and pharmacy care.
- Download pharmacy and prescription information for easy reference.
Telehealth services:
- Connect with licensed, board-certified doctors 24/7 for live, secure online visits through the HAP Telehealth app, powered by Amwell®.
- Schedule and attend virtual visits for non-emergency illnesses such as cold, flu, headaches and more.

How to use the HAP Mobile App
Download the app:
- Search for "Health Alliance Plan" in the App Store or the Google Play Store and download the app.
2. Register your account:
- Visit hap.org/welcome to register your HAP account if you have not already.
- Enter your member ID number (found on your physical ID card) and create a password.
3. Log in:
- Open the app and enter your member ID number and HAP account password.
- Click the "Login" button to gain secure access to your health plan information.
4. Explore features:
- Navigate through the app to view digital ID cards, find doctors or hospitals, access plan and benefit information and manage prescriptions.
- Use the telehealth feature to connect with doctors for virtual visits anytime, anywhere.
Other apps to make your health care more mobile
Assist America offers global emergency medical services if you’re ill or injured while traveling more than 100 miles from home, or while in a foreign country.
The Wellness at Your Side app from WebMD™ gives you a fast, easy way to access your HAP iStrive® for Better Health account.
Once you download the app, you’ll connect to HAP’s wellness provider by entering “istrive” as the Connection Code. When asked for username and password, click on Sign in using Company’s SSO. When it connects to the hap.org login screen, log in with your username and password. Your hap.org username is generally your HAP ID number.
