Struggling for gift ideas? This year, consider the gift of wellness through HAP Member Discounts – a free program for HAP members.
We work with local partners to offer member-only savings on health and wellness-related activities and services at gyms, spas and more.
Here are a few of our favorite shopping deals for the holidays:
Henry Ford Center for Integrative Medicine. HAP members save 20% on massage therapy, reiki and acupuncture treatments at locations throughout metro Detroit. Treat your loved ones to some much-needed R&R.
The Wellness Outlet. Encourage them to count steps with discounts on fitness wearables including FitBit and Garmin.
Franklin Athletic Club.This fitness club has everything your gift receivers would ever want – tennis courts, pools, spas and even a day care! HAP members and their family and friends get an exclusive price on membership. Not in your area? No problem, check out our other local gym memberships here.
Hansons Running Shop. Get 10 percent off any purchase. While you’re there, why not treat yourself to a new pair of kicks, too?
Access all the HAP Member Discounts deals through hap.org or our mobile app. The app uses location-based services to send your smartphone a notification whenever you’re near a participating business. Simply show your HAP ID card or use the promotion code where indicated to save.

- Log in to your hap.org account. Select “HAP Member Discounts” from the Quick Links menu to get your code and see a list of participating vendors.
- Open the app. It’ll prompt you to enter the code (don’t worry, we’ll only ask for this once).
After you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll need an access code. Follow these steps to get it:
