Make sure you ask &PSC_FIRST_NAME; about choosing your primary care physician (PCP). As an HMO plan member, you are required to have a PCP on file.

Important information about your payment
Please note that law requires you to make your first premium payment before your effective date. If you still need to make that all-important first payment, you can easily pay your bill on our website.

To make a payment, please have your ID card ready and take a few minutes now to register at hap.org by following these steps:
- Click the Register Now button and select the Member link
- Complete the registration information and create a password
- Click the Bill Pay link
