You can take advantage of these benefits through our Silver&Fit® exercise and healthy aging program or Flexible Health Options.
All of our HAP Senior Plus® plans include an option to join the Silver&Fit® exercise and healthy aging program.
Sign up for as little as $25 or $50 a year and get access to a large network of fitness centers, classes and online tools to help you stay healthy and active.
Membership fees vary depending on your plan.
Want to work out at home, or can't get to the gym? Enroll in theSilver&Fit® home fitness program.
1. Visit silverandfit.com on or after January 1, 2018.
2. Click "register."
3. Find a fitness center or select the home fitness program.
4. Show your fitness card and pay your annual membership fee directly to the fitness center.

Several of our HAP Senior Plus® plans include flexible health options, offering up to $25 monthly ($300 a year) or $40 monthly ($480 a year), depending on your choice of plan. The amount varies by plan.1
You can use this benefit for any qualified program or service, including memberships at gyms, health clubs, fitness centers or even classes such as Weight Watchers®.2
For your safety and to meet Medicare guidelines, we require each facility to provide an orientation session that includes instructions on the proper use of its equipment.

Provide us with the facility’s name, address and phone number so we may get confirmation from the facility that it provides orientation and instruction before you begin using the Flexible Health Options benefit.
