We take your health and wellness personally. Our members get a go-to person to help maximize their health plan benefits and answer their questions.

When you choose HAP, you’ll also receive discounts to save money on gym memberships and weight management programs, among other things.

Get to know your personal service coordinator

We assign new members a personal service coordinator for the first two years of membership. You’ll have their name and direct phone number – no need to call a generic help line! Your personal service coordinator will get to know you and answer questions, find solutions and guide you along the way.

Please note: If you’re transitioning to Medicare as a previous HAP member, you may not be assigned a personal service coordinator.

Each year, the federal Medicare program awards between one and five stars to health plans based on:1

  • How members rate the plans’ services and care
  • How well network doctors detect illnesses and keep members healthy
  • How well the plans help members use recommended and safe prescription medications
