Coming in October 2015 - iStrive® for Better Health powered by WebMD® Health Services
Taking control of your health and well-being just got easier - and it's still free! In October 2015, iStrive will be powered by WebMD® Health Services – a name you can trust. With the new partnership, iStrive's digital wellness manager will bring improved personalized wellness tools and programs right to your fingertips.

You can use the iStrive digital wellness manager to get 24/7/365 interactive access to free health and wellness tools from the privacy of your computer, tablet or mobile device. Based on your answers, the iStrive digital wellness manager will take you on a wellness journey - complete with the creation of your personal health and wellness goals.

Save your stored health assessment data on hap.org.
As a result of our new partnership with WebMD®, you will no longer be able to view your current HealthMedia Succeed® health assessment and plan results on hap.org after September 30, 2015. However, you have the option to save your health assessment data. So take action by September 30, 2015.

To save your health assessment information and plan results, follow these steps by September 30, 2015:

  1. Click the My Health & Wellness tab. Then click on the link to iStrive.
  2. Portal Login Page
  3. To find the health assessment and plan results, click on Detail.
  4. What would you like to do today screen
  5. Your previous and current health assessment and plan results will display a link to open, print and/or save your results to your own computer or mobile device.
  6. WHat would you like to do today second screen
  7. On the left column, click Printer Friendly Plan. You'll be able to print your health assessment and plan results now or save to your own computer or mobile device.
  8. Health Media Succeed screen

Registration

When you register for the new iStrive health assessment tool powered by WebMD® on or after October 1, 2015, all settings will reset, including your privacy settings.
