We appreciate you selecting HAP Personal Alliance as your health plan. We look forward to helping you get the most from your plan, focusing on your health and well-being. Your member ID card(s) and new member Welcome Kit will be arriving soon.

You will soon be receiving a paper bill in the mail from HAP. The first payment will be due before your effective date. Your coverage will start on the effective date as long as the first payment is successfully processed.

If you have any questions, please call a Customer Service Specialist. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon. Please allow 72 hours (3 days) for your enrollment information to be processed and to ensure we can properly answer your questions.
