If you’re a member of HAP Senior Plus, take advantage of our online tools and resources to manage your plan.

Whenever you need assistance, call your local Personal Care Coordinator.

If you have recently become a member, you’ll have one person you can call during your first two years — your Personal Service Coordinator — who can explain plan details, answer questions, and assist in finding any resources you may need.

If you’ve been a member for more than two years, call any of our experienced Customer Service Representatives whenever you need extra assistance or information.

You can call your plan Customer Service Representative Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to noon. At all other times, you may access our Interactive Voice Recording system at the same number. From November 15 through March 1, Client Services Specialists are available seven days a week, including holidays, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
