Female members can seek OB/GYN services from any plan-affiliated doctor without a referral.
Services can include:
• Pap test
• Breast exam
• Pelvic exam
• All prenatal visits
• Standard lab tests
• Care for a health problem that requires several visits, such as appointments after surgery
• Inpatient OB/GYN care
Your doctor may still seek authorization for some OB/GYN services.
Women who have mastectomies are eligible for certain breast reconstruction benefits. We offer
• Reconstruction of a breast surgically removed by a mastectomy
• Surgery on and reconstruction of the other breast as needed to provide a symmetrical look
• Problems arising from any part of the mastectomy, including swelling of the surrounding tissue
Coordinated Behavioral Health Management (CBHM)
We help those who have mental health and/or substance abuse (alcohol and drug) disorders.
You can choose a behavioral medicine provider from the Provider Directory. Our CBHM team can also
help in finding a qualified specialist for both evaluation and treatment. You have the same confidential
rights with our CBHM team as you do with a doctor or nurse. Guaranteed.
We also offer case management services for behavioral disorders, education for specific diagnoses and
help in managing your condition. It’s important to remember that you must get all care from affiliated
health care providers.
