Heart disease and stroke are the Nation's No. 1 and No. 3 killers, claiming more than 910,000 American lives each year.

The American Heart Association is the largest voluntary health organization working to prevent, treat and defeat heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases. These diseases devastate millions of people of all ages and kill more than 910,000 Americans each year. Won't you consider walking in this year's Heart Walk or contribute when asked by someone who is walking? It's a great cause!
