Henry Ford psychiatrist Olu Osoba will preview this nationally recognized program that helps parents positively address challenges such as defiance, sibling rivalry, school performance and many more.

Heart Smart® Girls Night Out

The 2007 Hot Topics series will end with a Girls Night Out, presented by physicians and staff from the Henry Ford Heart & Vascular Institute. Bring some friends and learn how you can lead a heart healthy lifestyle while still being able to eat tasty food. The evening will be full of taste-testing with plenty of Heart Smart® recipes to enjoy. This event will be held at the Hotel Baronette in Novi from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.

All sessions will be held at Henry Ford's Facility Design & Construction offices in Commerce township, except for the November 15th event.    Guests will have a chance to get a sneak peek and tour prototype rooms for the upcoming Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.

Light refreshments will be provided.

The schedule for each session will be:

6:30 – 7 p.m. Registration
7 – 8:30 p.m. Presentation

From the North
From US-24/Telegraph Road South, turn Right onto W. Long Lake Road. Turn left onto Orchard Lake Road. Turn right onto Pontiac Trail. Turn sharp right onto Haggerty Road. Turn left onto E. From the South
