Quality of Care

HAP's Quality of Care Program assures that the health care and services provided to members are of high quality and undergo continuous improvement. The Quality Program is conducted primarily by HAP's Quality Management (QM) Department.

How do we do it?

Leapfrog Hospital Survey Results
HAP is committed to working with physicians, practitioners and hospitals to improve health care quality and safety in both inpatient and outpatient settings. As a Leapfrog Group* member and a partner in supporting these quality and safety efforts, HAP has taken the step of posting the 2004 survey results for each of HAP's affiliated hospitals on our own web site.
