One of the best things you can do to improve your health is to be
more active by fitting more walking into your daily routine.
Walk for Better Health
is a 12-week program that can help you reach
your activity goals. To participate, you must be working with a HAP
Nurse Health Coach and identify one of the following
goals with your Nurse Health Coach:
Lose or maintain a healthy weight
Increase your activity level
Once you’ve chosen a goal, you will receive these FREE items:
Walk for Better Health
participant book, which includes a
stretching and exercise guide, tracking log and mall walking
Pedometer and portion plate
Your goals can be best reached by using the tracking log and talking
weekly with your Nurse Health Coach.
