Where can I get a breast pump?
If your benefits cover a breast pump, your doctor needs to write a prescription for it. Have your OB-GYN fax a prescription to a durable medical equipment, or DME, provider covered by your plan. You can choose to use a DME provider outside of your network, but they may not be covered by your health plan.
To view a full list of DME providers that work with your plan, log in and click the “Find a Doctor/Facility” tab. Select “Search for a Doctor or Facility” then click “Durable Medical Equipment” from the Services list.
