What is HAP monitoring and responding to specialist visit and cost increases?

HAP will continue to monitor physician practice patterns and utilization through our physician report cards, Episode Treatment Groups (ETG) and clinical chart audits as needed. Any increase in activity based on current benchmarks will be noted and discussed with the network administration and provider if appropriate.
