If my spouse and I have PCPs in different networks, will this affect my costs?

Yes. For example, if your PCP is in the Henry Ford Preferred Network and your spouse’s PCP is in the full HAP Network, you would be enrolled in the full HAP Network option and pay the higher employee contribution.
