How long is the process for becoming a HAP participating provider?

The process takes about 90 days. If it’s been more than 90 days since you applied, you may check the status of your application by contacting the Provider Development department at [email protected]. Be sure to include:

  • Type 1 NPI
  • Type 2 NPI
  • Tax ID
