Does HAP provide assistance for getting a doctor's office visit?

HAP partners with My Advocate to help our Medicare Advantage members schedule a well visit with their doctor. The My Advocate service is provided by Altegra Health.

There's no cost to use this service, but you might have to pay a copay or other costs when you go to the appointment just like you do with an office visit. Everyone's plan is different. You can log in to your hap.org account to check your copays or other costs. Once you're logged in, click on "My Benefits" on the "My Plan" tab.
