HAP Fitness Challenge

Our Fitness Challenge encourages HAP members to improve their fitness year-round. We offer a pain-free training schedule designed to move you from little or no exercise to running a 5K. In addition to the training materials, HAP members receive discounts on Fitness Challenge event registrations, too. Learn more about the Fitness Challenge.

Daily Dozen Video Series

The MoveWell® Jump Start Daily Dozen videos presented by HAP features 12 short exercises that you can do independently or all at once. Each short video features one exercise taught by physical therapist Sherry McLaughlin, who has a master's degree in physical therapy and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Each exercise takes less than two minutes and you don't need any equipment.
