Can I change my coverage at any time?

Personal Alliance members can change their coverage during the open enrollment period each year. After this date, you can only change plans if you qualify for a special enrollment period due to a life change. You must sign up within 60 days of the life-changing event and include written proof of the event. Learn more about special enrollment periods.
