Engagement Activities - Virtual Mindfulness/Mat Yoga

Ready to stretch your mind, body and spirit? HAP can help, with a mat yoga class to enhance your health. Join us and our partners, Crim Mindfulness, to work on your wellness from the comfort of your home. During this 45 minute gentle yoga class, you will be guided through a series of postures and breathing exercises. You will learn the basics of mindful movement and how utilizing breath and body can invite relaxation and help to quiet the mind. And in these trying times, who can't benefit from that? Modifications will be offered and everything the teacher offers is simply an invitation. Please wear comfortable clothing and have a yoga mat or towel to practice on.
