2020 changes to the Healthy Michigan Plan

Due to a new state law, some Healthy Michigan Plan members may lose coverage if they don’t:

  • report at least 80 hours of work or activities each month
  • complete an excused form

Additional changes coming in 2020

You will have new plan costs and healthy behavior rules (unless excused) if:  

  • enrolled in a Healthy Michigan Plan for 48 months or longer

    or

  • have a household income above 100% of the Federal Poverty Level
