Site Maintenance

HAP will begin website maintenance at 5 p.m. on Friday, September 16. At that time, certain web applications will be unavailable. These applications include:

Change E-mail Address
Claims (Provider and Payer versions)
Control Group Access
Health Reminders
ID Card Request
Forgot Password (Member)
Member Health Manager
Member Registration
Provider Registration
Remittance Advice
Subscribe to a HAP Newsletter
Update My Contact Information
Update My iStrive Profile
Update Profile
Update Provider Information
Vendor Registration
PCP Select (part of Search for a Doctor or Facility)
PCP Assignment (part of Member Eligibility)

All other web applications will be available.

Website login will be unavailable starting at 12 noon on Sunday, September 18 until 5 p.m. on Sunday, September 18 when maintenance will be complete.
