HAP Announces the Grand Opening of its Southfield Lobby Customer Service Center
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. -- January 5, 2011 -- Health Alliance Plan (HAP) is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of its Southfield Lobby Customer Service Center, which will provide a full spectrum of services for current and prospective members. Members will be able to make individual and group payments, receive billing, claims and open enrollment information, order ID cards, access SOLO individual plan online services, and much more.
"We offer an 'open concept' with the new Southfield Lobby. Members will be welcomed by HAP staff and served personally for privacy and individual comfort," says Vanessa Brown-Frank, manager, Service Excellence, Lobby Operations and Alternate Products Client Services. "The Center also has three conference rooms to host special events and meetings."
As a Southfield business partner with an established presence for more than 20 years, HAP is pleased to provide personalized customer services at our new Southfield Lobby Customer Service Center, located at 21700 Northwestern Highway. Normal lobby business hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
