HAP ranked highest in member satisfaction among Michigan Commercial health plans two years in a row
DETROIT – June 8, 2009 – Health Alliance Plan members rated HAP "Highest in Member Satisfaction among Commercial Health Plans in Michigan," in the J.D. Power and Associates 2009 National Health Insurance Plan StudySM.

HAP earned a five-star, "Among the Best" Power Circle Rating in four areas: Overall Experience, Coverage and Benefits, Information and Communication, and Customer Service.

The J.D. Power recognition follows the recent U.S. News and World Report/NCQA America's Best Health Plans designation of HAP's Medicare HMO as the top-ranked plan in Michigan and the Commercial HMO as among the best health plans in the nation.
