DETROIT – Jan. 29, 2009 – The Troy Chamber of Commerce has partnered with three leading Michigan-based companies, Health Alliance Plan (HAP), Delta Dental of Michigan and AAA Michigan to offer a "Power Package" of value-based benefits to Troy Chamber members.
