1 15-ounce can no-salt-added black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Thai chili sauce or hot sauce
1 egg
1/2 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
