Dr. Schreiber is senior vice president and chief quality officer for Henry Ford Health System.
She has practiced in the Henry Ford Health System for many years, serving in a variety of clinical and leadership roles, including division head of General Internal Medicine and as the clinical leader of the Epic implementation (known as Helios). In her current role, she is responsible for overall quality and safety including accreditation, infection prevention, patient safety, risk and public reporting. Dr. Schreiber participates on national quality committees and serves on the board of the Michigan Hospital Association Keystone Center and Patient Safety Organization.
She left the System for several years and served as the chief quality officer of the Detroit Medical Center and the chief medical officer of Trinity Health.
Dr. Schreiber received her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland. She completed her internal medicine residency at New York Hospital – Weill Cornell University School of Medicine. She is board certified in internal medicine.
She was appointed to the HAP board in 2013.
