The HAP Weight Wise at Work program provides the tools needed to make lasting changes one healthy habit at a time. The eight D-I-E-T F-R-E-E Healthy Habits for Life will help each of your employees eat just the right amount of calories, the right kinds of fats, carbohydrates and protein, and help them learn how to make exercise their middle name.

Bring the HAP Weight Wise at Work program to your worksite, in one of three ways:

  • A three hour educational presentation featuring dietitian and author, Zonya Foco (ideal for large audiences).
  • Two one-and-a-half hour educational sessions featuring dietitian and author, Zonya Foco (ideal for large audiences).
  • A one hour, multi-session format featuring an in-depth look at the eight
    D-I-E-T F-R-E-E Healthy Habits for Life. Participants will discuss each of the eight habits and create personalized weekly action plans (ideal for 20 – 40 participants).

Each participant receives a comprehensive workbook designed to guide them through each of the eight D-I-E-T F-R-E-E Healthy Habits for Life. Participating HAP members also receive a free Lickety-Split Meals for Health-Conscious People on the Go! cookbook. Participating non-HAP members can purchase the cookbook at a reduced cost.
