We’re proud to offer your employees and their family members a refund on their first copay when they see their personal care physician (PCP). That’s right – when they see a PCP, we refund the first copay!

  You choose a Personal Care Physician to coordinate all your care and assure you have all the specialty and hospital care you need.
• PPO Product Solutions
  Our PPO lets enrollees seek care from providers within or outside of the network, without referrals.  Enrollees can go out of network with greater cost sharing.
• EPO Product Solutions
  Our EPO offers the freedom of our PPO, without the out-of-network benefits.  Enrollees can see any physician within the EPO network without a referral.
