If you are a member of Alliance Medicare Rx (PDP), Alliance Medicare PPO or HAP Senior Plus (HMO), take advantage of our online tools and resources to:

Whenever you need assistance, call your local Customer Service Representative.


 

If you have recently become a member, please call your Personal Service Coordinator. During your first two years, your Personal Service Coordinator can explain plan details, answer questions, and assist in finding any resources you may need.
 

If you have been a member for more than two years, call any of our experienced Customer Service Representatives whenever you need extra assistance or information.

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. to noon.
Note: During the enrollment period of November 15 through March 1, Client Services Specialists are available seven days a week, including holidays, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
