Walgreens offers convenient home delivery of your prescriptions through Walgreens Mail Service Pharmacy program. You can refill or renew your prescriptions on the phone or over the Internet. New prescriptions must be mailed to Walgreens Mail Service pharmacy.

How to enroll in the Walgreens Home-Delivery Pharmacy Service program:

1. Register
   • Phone - Call Walgreens Customer Care Center to request an enrollment packet at 1-800-489-2197 or TTY 1-800-925-0178.
   • Online – Go to Walgreens Web site and register. Enter your 9-digit HAP ID number as the ID Number and your 6-digit Group ID as the Group ID.
2. Ask your physician to provide a prescription written for a 90-day supply of medication.
3. Print and complete the registration and order form and mail to: Walgreens Mail Service P.O. Box 628001, Orlando Fl 32862-8001
4. Your registration will be active within 48 hours after receipt of registration form.

Note: Most medications are eligible for a 90-day fill at the member's request, if your physician has written the prescription for a 90-day supply. The 90-day copay will apply.
