If you are a member of Alliance Medicare Rx, Alliance Medicare PPO or HAP Senior Plus, take advantage of our online tools and resources to:

Whenever you need assistance, call your local Customer Service Representative.


 

If you have recently become a member, you will have one person you can call during your first two years — your Personal Service Coordinator — who can explain plan details, answer questions, and assist in finding any resources you may need.
 

If you have been a member for more than two years, call any of our experienced Customer Service Representatives whenever you need extra assistance or information.

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. to noon.
Note: During the enrollment period of November 15 through March 1, Client Services Specialists are available 7 days a week, including holidays, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
