You can refill or renew your prescriptions on the phone, toll free, or over the Internet, safely and securely using one of HAP's home-delivery pharmacy service providers. Instead of making several trips to the local retail pharmacy, you can have your prescriptions delivered to your door. Mail order and home-delivery services are convenient and appealing to individuals who take medications to treat chronic conditions like high blood pressure or diabetes or for individuals taking medications like Allegra or Protonix.

When you renew or refill your prescriptions using one of our mail order service providers, your copayment is based on the day-supply that your prescription is written for and the drug's tier. For example, your prescription may be written for a 30-day or 90-day supply and it may be a first, second or third tier drug. For more information about your prescription drug benefits, contact our Client Services department at the number on your ID card. Check your Evidence of Coverage or pharmacy rider for specific information about your copays for mail order and drug tier information.

90-day retail pharmacies are listed in our Pharmacy Directory (Adobe Reader Required). They are noted in the pharmacy directory by a black diamond symbol. Some HAP-contracted pharmacies offer free home delivery service, but have their own ordering processes.
