HAP Health Plan Solutions
HAP Preferred

HAP HealthChoice will now be known as HAP Preferred

HAP Preferred is our fee-for-service PPO, POS and EPA network comprised of providers and hospitals throughout southeast Michigan. The network is offered to self-funded employer groups through their Third Party Administrator (TPA) who directs their employees and dependents to seek healthcare services from our network of providers. By seeing a HAP Preferred provider, members receive in-network benefits, which typically consist of nominal co-pays for certain services with the remaining balance paid by the plan.

It symbolizes the evolution of the product from small beginnings to strong and growing membership.

There will be no change in operations or administration and we will be providing the same products and service which has positioned HAP Preferred as one of the fastest growing networks in southeast Michigan.

For further information, contact Chad Kok at ckok1@hap.org or (248) 443-8556.
